Terms and Conditions of Sale – Tech OS Training

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the training services provided by Tech OS, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) registered in France.
They apply to any training order, whether placed by an individual or a company.
2. Nature of the services
The training sessions are customized, delivered in person or remotely, and mainly focus on web technologies (Angular, etc.).
The content may include:
- written materials (PDFs),
- practical projects (ZIP files),
- oral discussions or interactive sessions.
3. Order and confirmation
Any order is considered final upon receipt of full payment for the training.
No date will be confirmed without prior payment.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in euros, excluding taxes (VAT), per participant, and may vary depending on the duration and content of the training.
Payment must be made 100% in advance before the training begins. A detailed quote is provided prior to any order.
In the event of late payment, a penalty of 10% per month started applies, along with a fixed legal compensation of €40 for recovery fees.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
- ≥ 7 days before: full refund.
- Between 7 days and 24h: 50% refund.
- ≤ 24h: no refund will be issued.
Tech OS reserves the right to retain incurred expenses (e.g. room bookings) in the case of early cancellation, upon presentation of receipts.
Rescheduling is possible, within reason, subject to availability.
6. Delivery of training materials
Training materials are provided only after the training session and once full payment has been received.
7. Intellectual property
All content provided or presented during the training (PDFs, materials, projects, oral explanations, videos, code examples, etc.) is the exclusive property of Tech OS.
Registration grants the right to personal use only.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- reproducing, reselling, distributing or sharing the content with third parties (colleagues, friends, relatives...),
- any commercial or group use.
One registration = one user. Any misuse may lead to legal action.
8. Personal data
The collected information (name, email, company, etc.) is used solely for processing your request, billing, and administrative follow-up.
This information is not sold or shared with third parties.
9. Confidentiality
If the client wishes certain information or source code shared during the training to be treated as confidential, it must be explicitly stated in writing beforehand.
Tech OS undertakes not to disclose any client content to third parties, nor to reuse it outside the scope of the concerned training session.
10. Governing law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Lyon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
